We have four grades that instantly tell you the condition of our pre-owned gaming consoles. The grades determine the external condition, helping you choose the best match for your quality and budget needs.

All our gaming consoles work perfectly and include a 3-to-12-month warranty, depending on the console model, condition, and age. Here's what each grade means:

Our A+ Grade represent consoles that are in flawless condition, no scratches, marks, and includes all original packaging.

Excellent Condition
6-9 Month Warranty

Our A Grade consoles are near mint condition. These might have a light mark, but unnoticeable. Original packaging not included.

Phase 1: Stress Testing
We download and install hardware-demanding games and let them run for at least an hour.

This test can identify a variety of issues relating to download speeds, hard drive health, GPU performance, and any overheating issues.
Phase 2: Internal Checks and Clean
Even if the gaming console runs perfectly, because it's pre-owned, it likely picked up dust, which could result in overheating issues later.

Our technician would carefully open the console, clean it properly, and inspect the other components to ensure they are in excellent working order.
Phase 3: Update and Reset
Once the hardware tests are complete and meet our standards, we update the gaming console to the latest software version. We also test the software and ensure it's operating as normal.

By the time you receive the console, it's ready to setup and play without having to wait for large system software updates.
Phase 4: External Refurbish and Cleaning
We do not sell any broken gaming consoles. We use high-quality machinery to remove light scratches from glossy covers and replace any broken parts.
If covers have deep scratches, but are not broken, we list the console with a lower grade and price tag.
The Final Result
By the time the refurbished gaming console arrives at your door, you know it has been fully tested, cleaned internally, sanitized, and polished externally. You also know the software is updated and ready to loads your favourite games.
