Phase 1: Stress Testing
Our test begin with downloading and installing hardware-demanding games such as Spider-Man 2 and Cyberpunk 2077.

We analyse the download speeds, installation speeds, and carefully look for any signs of overheating or graphics issues from the APU.
Phase 2: Internal Checks and Clean
We do not full disassemble every PlayStation 5 console. Instead, we remove the covers, analyse the heatsinks, test the fan, and remove all bust and build up.
If we see signs of heavy dust build up or find any reason to question the internal condition of the console, we send it to a qualified technician for further evaluation and cleaning.
Phase 3: Update and Reset
Once the hardware tests are complete and meet our standards, we update the PS5 to the latest software version. We also reset its cache and rebuild the database, ensuring the SSD and software are stable.

By the time you receive the PS5, it's ready to setup and play without having to wait for large system software updates.
Phase 4: External Refurbish and Cleaning
We do not sell any PS5 console with broken or poor condition covers. We use high-quality machinery to remove light scratches from glossy covers and replace any broken parts.
If covers have deep scratches, but are not broken, we list the console with a lower grade and price tag.
